The Retreat House NY is a huge (6,000+sq ft) luxURY farmhouse & resort style home you must experience! Truly the perfect place to reconnect with family, friends & nature, all while enjoying the comforts and modern luxuries you deserve. The unique and labyrinth like layout and brick laid breezeway allows you to go from one side to the other without having to go outside! Accessing your INDOOR POOL with ease. The Pool House is complete with a full bathroom, kitchenette, dining area, lounge areas, +flat screen TV & FITNESS ROOM. The attached main house connects it all with a sun lit breezeway-there you'll find a serving kitchen, formal dining room & breakfast nook, Living room, 4 bedrooms, including a home office suite, & 2.5 bathrooms. Next, the 'Lofty Lodge with large living room, first floor bedroom, full bath, and laundry room. Up the spiral stairs, another 4 beds and lounge area! Finally, the Rec Room-offering arcade games, foosball, air hockey, billiards, darts, poker/card table, board games, another large lounging couch theater style, with large flatscreen TV for fun movie nights! It also has a kitchenette, full bathroom, children's play area w/board games, blocks and more! Something for kids of all ages here! This sprawling farmhouse, with its labyrinth layout, has multiple patios front and back. Come outside and enjoy a BBQ, or perhaps s'mores around our massive FIRE PIT, sit on the tree swing, play some yard games, and don't forget to stop in at our Barnyard Corral and meet our friendly farm friends!! Enjoy the great outdoors here with beautiful views in a peaceful setting. If hikes and nature walks more your style, down the driveway is our trailhead, leading to wide open meadows and mountain stream brook. Feel free to sit and enjoy the brooke, have a picnic lunch there or keep hiking the trails along side it for a more rigorous hikers. There is truly something here for everyone and a great place to make memories that last a lifetime!

Please ensure children are supervised at all times. Be responsible and respectful with common sense practices during your stay. This is a private estate home on over 100 acres of woodlands, there's lots to explore and enjoy- like many NYS trails and parks, ours are also available from dawn to dusk, including visits to the barnyard corral.
